AI
The discipline has not changed — the analysis, the design, the testing, the person who answers for it. What has changed is how much of that we can afford to do on every project, rather than only on the ones with the budget for it.
Every change is reviewed, tested and cross-checked to a standard that used to be reserved for the critical path. The floor is higher because thoroughness got cheaper.
You see and use a real version early, while it is still inexpensive to change your mind. Decisions get made against something you can click, rather than a document describing it.
AI drafts, proposes and checks. It does not sign off. Everything that reaches your business has been read and understood by a person who will answer for it.

We will not hand you a list of frameworks. What matters is that the ground your system stands on will still be there, and still supported, in ten years.
